This Halloween, Denver has a unique experience for adults at one of the most popular spots in the city, Union Station. The entire space will be decorated in the style of the film Hocus Pocus. "Witches, grown children, and characters of all varieties, travel back in time to a bygone era of jelly sandals, pagers, and Beanie Babies as Union Station transforms to 1990’s Salem for a night where the diabolical Sanderson sisters rule." Visitors will experience live performances, music and dancing, a costume contest, and other surprises. Tickets will also include a complimentary cocktail! The Union Station is a large venue in the heart of Denver with a lot of Colorado and western history.

Denver Union Station is the main railway station and central transportation hub in Denver. It is located at 17th and Wynkoop in the lower downtown region. It is comprised of the historic station house, a modern open-air train shed, a 22-gate underground bus station, and the station for the ever-growing Colorado light rail system. Though it is wonderful and modern now, the station was first opened on the site on June 1, 1881 and has seen some changes over the years. The updated structure was erected in two stages, with an enlarged central portion completed in 1914. The station we enjoy today is because of a major renovation completed in 2021, which transformed it into the centerpiece of the surrounding area.
