Colorado Thanksgiving Celebrations
Executive Chef Ashley Robertson invites you to a memorable Thanksgiving Feast at FIRE Restaurant. Guests can savor seasonal fall salads, tempting starters, classic sides, and a carving station featuring bourbon-glazed ham and turkey. The experience also includes a mac & cheese bar, a seafood display with shrimp, oysters, and smoked salmon rillette, and a dessert spread with pumpkin pie, French silk pie, and more. This special event will take place on Thanksgiving Day, November 28th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with reservations available online. Live music by Jenny Shawhan from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM will add to the festive atmosphere. The cost is $70 per person, $20 for children 5-12, with bottomless mimosas for an additional $20. Complimentary valet parking is provided for all FIRE guests.
